Dearest Friends and Family,
It is with a terrible sadness that we are writing to you. Our most beloved, most cherished friend, Bucky, has passed away. His health had been in decline for a while, and in the past two weeks had diminished greatly. He passed peacefully as we cared for him and shed many tears. We will miss his prancing around, his insatiable capacity for love, his one-of-a-kind charm and good looks, his snowy fur shedding through the air, his constant reminder: never have a big head about anything, and the happiness he brought to everyone. We are all so thankful he got one last hoop-la of love during the Work Hard week, to spend time with his extended family of loved ones. He was a beautiful friend, with an incredibly gay life lived ferociously, and we know he will be sorely missed by all. Thank you for all the love and care you have given him over these near 16 years of joy.
